ClearStream offers a complete line of Technologies and Process Solutions for Water and Wastewater Treatment designed for Municipal, Industrial, & Mining Applications.
Extended Aeration
Extended Aeration treatment system works by providing ideal conditions for aerobic bacteria and other micro-organisms; these micro-organisms then decompose the biological contaminants in the raw sewage.
The treatment plant provides the proper environment, sufficient oxygen and other elements which allow the bacteria to consume the organic matter and to live and multiply within the treatment plant. In this way the aerobic bacteria and microbes decompose the sewage and waste to a stable form – odor and nuisance-free.
ClearStream offers a complete line of equipment and services for your wastewater plant that will improve your plants performance. Our experience ranges from biological treatment to physical/chemical treatment that meet your effluent requirements.
Tertiary Treatment
Tertiary treatment is a progressive treatment process that reduces nitrates, phosphates, and organic matter, making it essential to produce a clean and harmless effluent to be discharged into water bodies
ClearStream’s experience ranges from biological treatment to physical/chemical treatment that meet your effluent requirements.
Sequencing Batch Reactors
The sequencing batch reactor (SBR) is a fill-and- draw activated sludge system for wastewater treatment. In this system, wastewater is added to a single “batch” reactor, treated to remove undesirable components, and then discharged.
The main advantage of sequencing batch reactors is that they produce effluent low in organic compounds and thus can be used to meet strict effluent standards. The system can be effectively used as part of a larger system when the removal of the nutrients nitrogen and phosphorus are required.
ClearStream’s ClearFlo™ SBR systems are optimized for a wide variety of applications; from small packaged single train systems, to large Constant Level SBR systems.
Oxidation Ditches
The oxidation ditches provide a favorable environment for bacteria to convert organic sewage wastes into settle able solids (activated sludge) and stable harmless forms (water, gas, and inert solids). The oxidation ditches are part of the activated sludge system and biological nutrient removal system.
ClearStream’s jet aeration provides the mixing and oxygen transfer needed to meet your plants requirements.
